The Router Master series is the table which has set the standard in the Sign Manufacturing marketplace. The Router Master II series is the heavyweight router table, built to meet the needs of woodworking and manufacturing applications. 

User Friendly Controls 
All CAM Tech Router Master machines have an operator's sub console which consists of an LCD visual display and a keypad. Graphics files, which have been designed on a PC, are downloaded to the router table. The sub console then gives the operator the ability to select and control jobs right at the table, while the design PC is free for more design work. 

Rugged and Precise 
The sturdy tubular steel base and sub-frame combine to provide a very rigid and stable structure for the tables. The gantry and tool holder are fabricated from extruded and cast aluminum to provide stability and vibration free operation. T slot aluminum table surfaces are open at both ends, enabling Router Master machines to handle oversize jobs easily without occupying extra floor space. Rack and pinion or ball screw drive systems ensure extremely high accuracy and reliability on the X and Y axis, while lead screw or ball screw assemblies are used for the Z axis. 

Controllable Z Axis Provides Multi-Pass Capability 
The machines are fully controllable on three axis, enabling either software or operator initiated adjustments of the depth of each job according to the design and the physical characteristics of the working material. A raised gantry allows the operator to route thick substrates as well as harder materials, using the multi pass option.
